The gold concentrate fluidized bed roaster is a high-efficiency roasting equipment specially used for processing gold concentrate. Its structure is similar to that of an ordinary fluidized bed roaster. It consists of a steel shell lined with insulation bricks and refractory bricks, and is equipped with wind chambers, air distribution plates, wind caps and other components. When working, hot air blows out from the small holes of the wind cap, so that the gold concentrate is fluidized in the furnace and efficient roasting is achieved.
In terms of performance, this roaster has unique advantages for the characteristics of gold concentrate. It can effectively remove harmful impurities such as arsenic and sulfur in gold concentrate by precisely controlling the roasting temperature and atmosphere, so that the gold particles are fully exposed and the gold leaching rate is improved. For example, for gold concentrates with high arsenic and sulfur content, two-stage oxidative roasting can be used. The first stage is roasted in a weak oxidizing or neutral atmosphere at 450-550℃ to remove arsenic, and the second stage is roasted in a strong oxidizing atmosphere at 650-750℃ to remove sulfur and carbon.
